Both Echolink and IRLP are systems that use voice over internet protocols (VOIP). They were actually here with us in use at least for the last ten years and well before the onset of programs such as Skype and ovoo. It’s now connected to the battery bank,along with the solar panel,so my guess is that we should be able to get through the winter quite nicely.
